Pre-K thru 5th Grade Super Saturday and Super Sunday
On the first Saturday of each month our preschoolers thru fifth graders meet from 9:30 until 12:00. Our volunteer catechists lead them through understanding the Sunday readings, singing, crafts, and learning and living our Catholic faith. On Sunday morning the children assist at Mass as hospitality ministers, lectors and musicians. Please see the Sacraments link for information about first communion and first reconciliation.
Junior High– 6th thru 8th Grade
Once our children have graduated from Super Saturday they join our junior high group in the youth room in the basement. Our schedule is variable, but we usually meet twice a month after Sunday Mass. Please check the website calendar for the next scheduled time.
Senior High– 9th thru 12th Grade
In the Fairbanks Diocese the sacrament of Confirmation is normally celebrated when teens are freshmen in high school, or when they are at least fifteen years old. For any high school teens not in Confirmation class, we get together twice a month to learn about living our faith as adults and leaders of our peers. The senior high assist with the Teen Mass, held on the fourth Sunday of each month during the school year. Check the website calendar for details and contacts.
Adult Education
We strive to provide on-going education opportunities for the adults in our parish family throughout the year. This includes bible study programs, options to join in the RCIA discussions, and book studies. Most programs start in the fall and are on the website calendar.
